We may collect workspace data you add to Reanroom, including brand deal records, affiliate links, campaign notes, deliverables, follow-ups, payout status, calendar items, media-kit information, and connected integration metadata.

We may collect technical data such as device type, browser type, IP address, log events, crash reports, and usage analytics needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use information to provide the workspace, authenticate users, operate brand deal and affiliate workflows, send service messages, respond to support requests, improve product quality, and protect against abuse.

If payment is enabled, we use billing and payment information to process purchases, manage subscriptions, issue receipts, provide billing support, and meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations.

We may share data with service providers that help operate Reanroom, such as hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, error monitoring, and payment providers.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Users can request account deletion at any time by emailing support@reanroom.com. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line and include the email address used for Reanroom.

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account data unless we need to retain limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, or dispute reasons.

Deleting an account may permanently remove brand deal data, affiliate links, campaign notes, media kit data, and settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, export, deletion, objection, or restriction of your personal data.

To exercise these rights, contact support@reanroom.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal duties, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten according to normal backup cycles.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data.

No online service is perfectly secure, so users should keep passwords and authentication methods safe and report suspected account compromise promptly.
